Kori – Trypio Lithari – Koziakas Refuge
A challenging route from Kori to its east sides, within a wonderful forest of deciduous trees, starts in the location of Trypio Lithari. Before getting to Trypio Lithari, we see a path that passes from a short, but demanding gutter of a great angle. We can cross it with a little caution, provided that there is no snow. Otherwise, previous experience on a mountain during winter is necessary. Trypio Lithari is a hotspot in the mountain, under the east sides of the top. It is a central place, where numerous paths that lead to the top or to the refuge all radially meet and show us the way to the top or the refuge. In Trypio Lithari there is a huge rock with a big hole in the middle, through which we see the valley of Trikala. There is also a beautiful kiosk. From that point on, our path continues to the southern of the top and ends up in the refuge.
